As part of commemorations of the 60th Anniversary of Dr Martin Luther King Jnr preaching at St Paul’s Cathedral in 1964, there will be a special event taking place.
The Revd Dr Raphael Warnock, the Senior Pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, where Dr King also served as Pastor, and a Senator for Georgia is speaking on the theme – “Three Dimensions of a Complete Life: Martin Luther King for this moment”, when Dr Warnock will be revisiting some of the areas of Dr King’s sermon.
The address will take place in St Paul’s on Tuesday 3 September, 2024: 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. with opening remarks by H.E. Jane Hartley, the American Ambassador in the United Kingdom.
