Here at Highgate International Church, we have an opportunity for a pastor who will function as a mission team leader to serve God’s people associated with HIC and the wider community in North London in an exciting new season of development. We are a church of around 40 adults and children (typical Sunday morning 20-25 people, and approx. 25 engage in 3 mid-week life-groups), seeking to be a people after God’s own heart for the sake of God’s mission in the world. We are going through a re-shaping and revitalisation process in collaboration with some mission partners, seeking to be a both a nurturing growing local church and a training base for missions. We long for people of all ages to discover Jesus, and along with us to love him more. In today's complex world, that means learning and growing in new ways.

The four main responsibilities of this role are to:

1.       Help develop compelling vision, values and strategy in HIC – Leadership

2.       Nurture effective and engaged leaders and volunteers – Discipleship

3.       Mobilise the church to deliver the vision together – Teamwork

4.       Operate responsibly with good governance. – Accountability

So, if you're bold and courageous, love people, and have a great heart for mission, why not take a look at the role?
