Job Advert: Head of Children’s Work (Children’s Pastor)

 

 

The Role

 

We are looking for someone who can lead and work alongside a talented and committed team of volunteers working to grow and develop the work with our children and families. We are looking for someone with a desire to reach children and families in the community with the good news of the gospel and who has a deep desire to help children grow in faith and their understanding and love of Jesus.

 

This is an exciting full time role which will be full of variety to develop and inspire teams and the faith of our children. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams of volunteers, to encourage families, to teach and inspire children and with a heart to reach our wider community. For a suitable candidate, this role could lead to a position in church leadership to help direct the work of the church with children and families.

 

Salary : circa 25-28k

This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement that the postholder is a committed evangelical Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
