Reporting Moodle Issues From 22nd December 2022 Until First Week of January 2023

From the end of 22nd December 2022 the Registry team will be on their Christmas break and won't be reading emails again until 3rd January.  If you have an assignment deadline during that period and are having issues with Moodle or some other issue related to submission please do one or all of the following:

- submit your work attached to an email (this means that the submission is also linked to a date and time) to AcademicAdmin@stmellitus.ac.uk

- send a screenshot of any error messages you're getting from Moodle to AcademicAdmin@stmellitus.ac.uk so that we can troubleshoot the problem in the New Year

- if you have a legitimate extension request for an assignment, use the extension request form in Moodle to ask for extra time - this will be reviewed from 3rd January
